The south West monsoons were still in force & every evening around 4 p.m. brought a bout of rainfall that added that special charm to the countryside that only rains can bring.

Concrete Structures

Sure even a dense forest has some concrete structures for us city folks to stay in

The cottage at the far end of the campus where Romulus Whitaker stays when he visits ARRS

An old stone insciption, the King Cobra is revered by the local inhabitants


this and the pictures that follow are of the 200 year old house in Agumbe village where the Indian Tele-serial Malgudi Days was shot. A real charming house that brought back fond memories of the spunky lad Swami & his friends.
